Every significant project I have ever done started before I was ready. CR8, Gigant Party, Reality Awards none of them launched from a place of certainty. They launched from a place of conviction. There is a difference between being ready and being willing. Readiness is a myth we tell ourselves to justify inaction. Willingness is the real prerequisite. If you wait until everything is perfect, you will never start. And the world does not reward perfect plans. It rewards imperfect action.
