Morning miles in Copenhagen
There is something about running through Copenhagen at 6am that resets everything. The empty streets, the harbor light, the sound of your own breathing. Today was 12 kilometers along the lakes and through Frederiksberg. No music, no podcast just running and thinking. Some of my best ideas have come from these quiet morning miles.
